Yes — solar installations require homeowner consent and typically homeownership. If you're renting, we'd need written permission from your landlord to proceed.
The founding discount depends on which plan you choose: 10% off the Standard plan, 20% off the Premium plan, or 30% off the Power Plus plan. On the Standard plan at $2.50/watt, a 10kW system is $25,000 gross — a founding customer saves $2,500 off the top. On the Power Plus plan at $2.90/watt, that same 10kW system is $29,000 gross — a founding customer saves $8,700, bringing it to $20,300 before the 30% federal tax credit is applied.
When a company is new, the first customers take on a small amount of trust. In exchange, we reward that trust with our best pricing, our most personal service, and priority scheduling. Our founding customers also help shape how we grow — their feedback guides our process improvements.
