2025

The idea takes shape

Nathan Nwosu, an electrical engineer and Texas resident, noticed a gap in the North Texas solar market — homeowners were either getting oversold by aggressive companies or overwhelmed by confusing options. The vision for N-Tech was born: a remote-first solar company that puts the customer first.

Early 2026

N-Tech Energy Solutions LLC is formed

The company is officially registered as a Texas LLC with a clear mission — bring transparent, plan-based solar to Wise County, Parker County, and surrounding North Texas communities.

February 2026

First installer partnership signed

N-Tech partners with Will Power Electric LLC — a licensed Texas electrical contractor based in the Chico TX area — to begin delivering projects across a 40-mile service radius.

Actively serving North Texas

N-Tech is open for business and actively working with homeowners across Wise and Parker County. The founding customer program is live — and the first 25 customers get exclusive pricing and perks.
